About the Opportunity: SNPJ is a Tier-1 OEM supplier of precision components to the 2W/3W automotive industry. We are opening our doors to fresh engineering talent through a structured 2-Year Engineer Trainee Program a full-time, paid employment prospect designed to build the next generation of automotive manufacturing professionals from the ground up.

This is not an internship. You join as a company employee on a fixed stipend with structured departmental training, mentorship, and a defined career pathway within SNPJ.

Departments with Current Openings:

1. Production

- Learn to operate Presses and other machines in the shop floor.
- Learn and execute shift-level production planning and output tracking
- Understand press/stamping/paint shop operations and process flow
- Assist in manpower coordination, changeover management, and OEE monitoring
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily logs
- Must be willing to work on the shop floor — this is a hands-on role, not a desk role

2. Quality

- Learn in-process and final inspection methods for precision components
- Work with control plans, inspection gauges, and measurement systems
- Assist in rejection analysis, corrective action documentation, and PPAP preparation
- Exposure to IATF 16949 quality management systems

3. Development (Product & Process)

- Assist in recent component development from concept to production
- Support tooling trials, process parameter setting, and sample preparation
- Work on drawing interpretation, GD&T;, and dimensional validation




- Exposure to APQP, PPAP, and customer sample approval processes

4. Maintenance

- Learn preventive and breakdown maintenance on stamping presses, paint booths, and curing ovens
- Assist in maintaining machinery health records and spare parts inventory
- Exposure to hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in manufacturing equipment
- Support TPM implementation on the shop floor

5. Purchase

- Assist in raw material and consumable procurement processes
- Learn vendor communication, quotation comparison, and purchase order management
- Support in vendor development, incoming material tracking, and inventory coordination
- Exposure to cost negotiation and supplier quality evaluation

Who Should Apply:

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (production and maintenance departments)
