Key Responsibilities

- Visit around 15–20 customers/market points daily, including retailers, dealers, masons, carpenters, contractors, applicators and construction sites.
- Explain the product, its uses and benefits to retailers and professionals and generate product demand.
- Ensure Asian Paints adhesive products are available and properly displayed at retail shops.
- Maintain regular relationships with existing retailers and dealers and support their monthly sales.
- Identify and add recent retailers in the assigned territory.
- Check distributor stock/inventory and ensure product availability in the market.
- Visit the market regularly to understand competitor products, pricing, offers and activities and share updates with the company.
- Build relationships with carpenters and other influencers and enroll eligible carpenters in the company's loyalty program.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
