We are strengthening our maintenance team at our Jaipur Plant.

Position: Engineer - Maintenance

Location: Kaladera, Chomu (Jaipur)

Experience: 5-7 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical

DETAILED (JD):

A) Core Maintenance:

- Daily preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of Power Presses (upto 300T), Hydraulic Presses, SPM, Welding Machines, Grinding Machines.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



for repetitive breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Achieve and improve MTTR & MTBF, and reduce machine downtime to ensure maximum OEE.
- Utility Maintenance: Air Compressors, DG Sets, ETP, Cranes, Panels.

B) Technical Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, Servo Drives, Electrical Control Panels.
- Reading and understanding of Electrical Drawings, Mechanical Drawings & Circuit Diagrams.
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke & Safety Standards.
- Experience in IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 documentation is a plus.

C) Documentation & Leadership:

- Maintain Daily Maintenance Logbook, Spare Parts Inventory, History Cards.
- Spare parts planning, cost control & vendor development for maintenance spares.
- Lead a team of technicians / fitters in shifts.
- Support in new machine installation, commissioning & buy-off.
- Ensure 100% adherence to safety norms on shop floor.

Ideal Candidate:

- Must have worked in Automotive / Sheet Metal / Bearing / Stamping Industry.
- Ready to work in shifts and can handle pressure during breakdowns.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
