Minimum Qualification Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead Shift Technicians and coordinate SMT shift activities to ensure smooth production.
- Coordinate with Planning and Production for day-to-day manufacturing requirements, line setup, changeover, and monitor SMT line performance.
- Focus on minor stoppages, machine alarms, feeder/nozzle issues, and process interruptions and drive quick resolution.
- Coordinate with Equipment/PM team and machine suppliers to close all breakdowns, technical issues, and open action points.




- Support training arrangements and skill development of SMT technicians on machines, process controls, troubleshooting, and safety.
- Ensure critical SMT spares, feeders, nozzles, consumables, and tools are available to support uninterrupted production.
- Monitor SMT machine uptime, output, downtime, and line efficiency and take corrective actions for performance gaps.
