Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include building email lists, creating and scheduling campaigns, segmenting audiences, and monitoring performance metrics.

The specialist will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align email content with broader campaigns, ensure accurate tracking in marketing automation tools, and maintain compliance with data privacy and anti-spam regulations. The role also involves testing subject lines and layouts, analyzing campaign results,



and recommending improvements to enhance overall email performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation to design, schedule, and track campaigns effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Analytics to interpret campaign data, measure performance, and inform optimization decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and related techniques to build and nurture subscriber lists and support sales pipelines.
