Role Description The Electrical Design Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Aurangabad. This role involves designing and developing electrical systems and components for DC and brushless motors, including preparing schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into feasible designs, perform calculations and simulations, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and certifications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing designs for manufacturability,



supporting prototype builds and testing, troubleshooting electrical issues in existing products, and contributing to continuous improvement of motor performance and reliability. The role also requires close coordination with production, quality, and sales teams to support custom projects and product enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Electrical Design and Design Engineering for motors and related systems.
- Applied knowledge of Electrical Engineering and electricity principles in industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Experience with power distribution, motor control circuits, and related safety standards.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Effective collaboration skills for working with engineering, production, and customer-facing teams.
- Experience in motor design or automation equipment is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and readiness to work on-site in Aurangabad.
