Role Description The Electrical and Electronics Engineer will work full time on-site at the Bengaluru location, supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of solar and renewable energy systems for commercial and industrial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing electrical circuits and layouts, preparing technical drawings and documentation, and performing calculations related to load, protection, and energy efficiency.

The engineer will collaborate with project teams to conduct site assessments, oversee installation and commissioning activities,



and troubleshoot electrical and electronic components in solar PV systems and associated infrastructure. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable electrical standards and safety regulations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and contributing to continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Electrical Engineering and Electronic Engineering skills, with a solid understanding of power systems and renewable energy applications.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Electricity fundamentals and Circuit Design, including experience with protection schemes, wiring, and system integration.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills to perform simulations, calculations, fault analysis, and performance evaluations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with relevant engineering tools and software (e.g., CAD for electrical drawings, basic simulation tools such as ETAP or similar).
- Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess robust attention to safety, quality, and adherence to national and international electrical standards and codes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in solar PV, industrial power systems, or renewable energy projects will be considered an advantage.
