- About the Role
- We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Controls & Automation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience who can take ownership of electrical control systems from design through commissioning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with hardware, designing and wiring control panels, programming PLCs, integrating sensors, and troubleshooting real systems, and who is eager to grow, take ownership, and accelerate their career in a fastpaced startup environment.

- Siemens PLC experience is strongly preferred.

- Key Responsibilities
- • Own the complete electrical control system, from architecture and wiring design to PLC programming, integration, testing, and commissioning.

- • Design electrical schematics, panel layouts, I/O lists, and wiring diagrams.

- • Design, build, and wire control panels, including component selection and system
- integration.

- • Develop and maintain PLC programs, preferably using Siemens TIA Portal.

- • Integrate sensors, actuators, relays, contactors, and field devices.

- • Work with industrial communication systems such as RS-485, Modbus RTU, and

- Modbus TCP.

- • Diagnose and resolve wiring faults, instrumentation issues, PLC logic errors, and communication failures.

- • Collaborate with mechanical and process engineering teams during system integration and commissioning.

- Required Skills & Experience

- • B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.





- • 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems
- engineering.

- • Strong experience in electrical design and panel wiring.

- • Hands-on experience with PLC programming.

- • Good understanding of sensors, actuators, relays, contactors, and industrial
- instrumentation.

- • Experience creating and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel
- layouts, terminal plans, and I/O lists.

- • Knowledge of Modbus and industrial communication protocols.

- • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.

- Preferred Skills
- • Experience with Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500 PLCs and TIA Portal.

- • Siemens HMI development.

- • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar electrical design tools.

- • Experience taking new or 0-to-1 engineering systems from design and build through
- testing, debugging, and commissioning.
