Role Description The Educator Content Creator is a full time, remote role responsible for developing high-quality educational content that supports PPStack’s AI, technology, and career-focused programs. Day-to-day tasks include designing and writing course materials, lesson plans, and learning modules for topics such as AI, GenAI, Python, data science, and digital skills. The role involves creating digital content assets (articles, blogs, video scripts, slides, and worksheets), aligning content with instructional design best practices, and ensuring materials are clear, engaging, and accessible for diverse learners.

The Educator Content

Creator will collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers,



and product teams to keep content accurate, industry-relevant, and up to date. This role also includes reviewing and refining existing content, integrating feedback from learners and stakeholders, and supporting webinars, workshops, and online learning initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in educational content development, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional writing.
- Ability to create clear, engaging digital learning assets such as course modules, slide decks, video scripts, and written guides.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms, e-learning tools, and basic instructional design principles for online and blended learning.
- Knowledge of technology and digital skills domains (e.g., AI/GenAI, Python, SQL, data science, cloud, or related areas) is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, organization, and content quality.
- Experience collaborating with educators, trainers, or subject matter experts to develop and refine learning experiences.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing deadlines, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications or teaching experience are a plus.
