Role Description The Education Content Creator is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing high-quality learning materials and digital content across PPStack’s education and career solutions. This role involves designing structured curricula, lesson plans, and modules for topics such as AI, GenAI, Python, SQL, cloud, data science, and related domains.

The Education Content

Creator will produce clear, engaging content for e-learning platforms, crash courses, bootcamps, webinars, and workshops, including scripts, presentations, and supporting resources. Day-to-day tasks include researching emerging trends in EdTech and industry skills, collaborating with subject matter experts,



and aligning content with defined learning outcomes and instructional design best practices. The role also includes adapting content for multiple formats (video, interactive modules, blogs, and branding assets), reviewing and updating existing materials, and ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and consistency across all educational offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in educational content development, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional design for digital learning environments.
- Proficiency in creating transparent, engaging written content for courses, scripts, assessments, and learning resources across topics such as AI, data, and technology.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS tools, and multimedia content formats (video, slide decks, interactive activities, and downloadable resources).
- Ability to research industry and technology trends and translate complex concepts into learner-friendly, outcome-driven educational materials.
- Familiarity with EdTech and digital skills domains (e.g., AI, GenAI, Python, SQL, cloud, data science, ML) or strong willingness to learn quickly in these areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, structure, and clarity in educational content.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications
