Job Summary

The Education Counselor will provide guidance to students regarding academic choices, career options, and personal development. The counselor will work collaboratively with students, parents, and faculty to foster a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess students’ academic and career interests.
- Assist in developing personalized education plans tailored to student goals.
- Provide information on college admissions, vocational training, and scholarship opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops on study skills, time management, and career exploration.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support students facing academic challenges.




- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and resources.
- Address and manage crisis situations, offering appropriate interventions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Experience in counseling or educational settings is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and a commitment to student success.
- Certifications: Relevant counseling or educational certifications are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
