Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across our website and leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of e-commerce operations, product listings, inventory management, order processing and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations across the website, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimise product listings, descriptions, pricing and images.
- Coordinate inventory, order processing, returns and fulfilment.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers and sale campaigns.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates and overall account performance.
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with marketing,



warehouse, design and customer-support teams.
- Resolve marketplace account, catalogue and operational issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility, sales and customer experience.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of major marketplace seller panels.
- Understanding of catalogue management, inventory and order fulfilment.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines.
