Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Specialist role based in Delhi.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces and the company’s ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate information, compelling descriptions, and timely updates.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, tracking key metrics, and using data insights to improve conversions, pricing, and promotions. The role involves coordinating with customer service to resolve order-related issues, maintaining strong relationships with marketplace partners,



and supporting online campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. The specialist will also assist with inventory coordination for online channels, ensuring stock accuracy and smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Strong Ecommerce and Sales skills, including experience managing online marketplaces and driving revenue through digital channels.
- Solid Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics, interpreting data, and making data-informed decisions to optimize online sales.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle queries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain positive relationships with online partners and customers.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools and platforms, such as marketplace dashboards, order management systems, and basic Excel or similar software.
- Ability to work in office in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
