Role Description

This is a full-time in office (Night Shift) role for an Ecommerce Operations position at Fab Habitat located in Noida. The Ecommerce Operations role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Ecommerce Operation, including but not limited to: Product Management, Inventory Management, Customer Service, and Logistics. The Ecommerce Operations team works diligently to ensure that all products are produced and delivered in the most environmentally-friendly manner to customers.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce Operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing customer service and day to day operational activity
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Experience in managing customer service teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field




- Experience with various ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, e-Bay, Etsy etc. is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidate with B2B, B2C or coming from Ecommerce Industry would be highly preferred.

This would be Night Shift as we are based out in US and the candidate should be flexible to work as per EST Time Zone, which would be 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST. If you are interested to work in Night Shift then only apply for this role.
