Job Summary

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Social Media Executive to manage online sales platforms and strengthen the company’s social media presence. The role involves managing e-commerce operations, creating and coordinating social media content, engaging with customers, and monitoring online performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and online stores.
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, returns, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Plan and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.
- Respond to customer comments, messages, and online enquiries.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and online offers.
- Track competitors,



market trends, and customer preferences.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce sales and social media performance.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and agencies when required.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and e-commerce operations.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative approach to content and promotions.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse basic sales and social media metrics.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
