Job Summary:

The incumbent has to facilitate the Ecom team CS&L; delivers on service levels to the customers of the company, with least lead time and lowest cost. He/She should be driving Master data governance and service levels for Ecom by continuously engaging with multiple stakeholders like Customer counterparts, KAMs, CSMs and CP warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities:

1. Master Data Maintenance at customer’s end/ our SAP system

2. Customer MDM Files

3. SPI Tracker

4. Stock Report by Batch Details

5. NPI Management : Listing and Stock requirement / Planning

6. Fill Rate Analysis & Insights

7. Daily Analysis of stock out items

8. Weekly/Monthly Fill Rate reconciliation as per the customer need

9. Loss parameter monthly trends

10. Proactive communication to customers on potential availability gaps

11. Returns Analysis

12. Root Cause Analysis

13. Customer communication and Liaison

14. Ad Hoc CWeekly Customer Meetings

15. Weekly Fill rate reconciliation discussion

16. Operational cusstomer Requirements

17. Data / Reports

- ASN Failure in Reliance

- EDI generation issue - Incorrect quantity conversion

- PO not reflecting in SAP

Basic Requirement :

- Strong technology background and knowledgeable about current trends, innovations and best practices

- Process-orientation and structured, organized thinking

- Excellent analytical ability and Solution Based Mindset Appropriate skill set for partnership and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Customer Relationship experience / Stakeholder Management

- SAP experience Microsoft Office or Google Suites

- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, DOMO, etc#CPIL
