Tender Executive – Admire PaintsExperience: 1+ Year

Admire Paints is looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in GeM and government tender portals to manage our growing digital sales and tender operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the GeM portal and other government e-procurement portals.
- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders and business opportunities.
- Prepare, upload and submit tender bids within deadlines.
- Manage tender documentation, BOQs, technical specifications and commercial submissions.
- Upload and maintain Admire Paints' products on GeM and other digital marketplaces.
- Manage online orders received through digital platforms.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, stores and logistics teams for order processing.
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and follow up until final delivery.
- Maintain records of tenders, bids, orders, deliveries and payments.
- Monitor tender results and identify opportunities for increasing business through government and digital channels.
- Prepare regular reports on tender participation, orders, sales and pending deliveries.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in GeM portal operations and tender submission.
- Experience in government e-procurement/tender portals is preferred.
- Experience in managing online product listings and B2B marketplaces is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Good understanding of GST, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and tender-related documentation.

Preferred CandidatesCandidates with experience in paints, construction materials, industrial products, manufacturing, engineering products or other B2B industries will be preferred. What We Are Looking ForWe need someone who can take complete ownership of the digital order cycle — from finding the right tender or opportunity, submitting the bid, managing the online order, coordinating internally and ensuring the product reaches the customer successfully.
