Role Description

- 3–5 years of hands-on marketplace operations experience
- Experience with ASOS, Next, Debenhams or similar portals
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience with OMS/ERP systems such as Vinculum
- Ability to manage listings, inventory, pricing and promotions
- Good written communication
- A proactive, deadline-oriented working style
- The confidence to raise issues immediately instead of waiting for follow-ups

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills,



including the ability to interpret marketplace data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in account management for e-commerce marketplaces, with the ability to handle listings, pricing, and platform relationships.
- Proven sales skills, with exposure to online sales channels and a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Background in sales management, including planning, tracking performance, and optimizing sales strategies.
- Team management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail in managing product information and marketplace content.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and marketplace dashboards; proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in e-commerce or retail is an advantage.
