Freelance Performance Marketer – Meta & Google Ads

About Us

We are a D2C brand and manufacturer of storage organizers, saree covers, garment covers, tote bags and other cotton-based products.

We sell directly through our website and are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Freelancer to generate profitable online orders.

What We Need

We are looking for someone who can independently manage:

- Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram
- Google Ads – Search, Shopping & Performance Max
- Campaign setup and optimization
- Audience & keyword research
- Creative/Audience testing
- Retargeting
- Scaling winning campaigns
- Reducing CAC/CPA and improving ROAS

Our website, products, pricing and creatives will be provided by us. Your primary responsibility will be paid advertising and performance optimization.

Our Main Goal

Our average selling price is around ₹399.

Our target is to achieve approximately ₹100–₹200 advertising cost per order, while maintaining profitability.

We are NOT looking for someone who only generates clicks, impressions or traffic.

Profitability is our #1 priority.

We want someone who understands:

Ad Spend → Orders → CAC → Revenue → ROAS → Profit

Ideal Candidate

You should have





- Proven experience with Meta & Google Ads
- D2C/e-commerce experience
- Experience generating website purchases
- Solid understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate
- Ability to test, analyze and scale campaigns
- Data-driven approach
- Experience with Indian e-commerce is preferred

Payment

We are open to

- Fixed monthly fee
- Performance-based commission
- Hybrid model (fixed + performance incentive)

We are looking for a long-term relationship if the results are good.
