We’re looking for an E-Commerce Executive who understands the pace of digital commerce and can keep operations moving seamlessly behind the scenes. This is a high-coordination role at the intersection of e-commerce operations and supply chain execution, ensuring our products move efficiently from production units to warehouses and onto customer doorsteps.

If you’re highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders at once, this role could be for you.

What You’ll Do

E-Commerce Operations

→ Manage day-to-day execution across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms

→ Ensure catalogue hygiene, product availability, pricing updates, and promotions are live on time

→ Monitor stock levels, fill rates, and stock-outs across partner warehouses

→ Track platform performance and resolve operational issues quickly

Supply Chain Coordination

→ Coordinate movement of products from production locations to marketplace / partner warehouses

→ Work closely with production, dispatch, warehouse, and platform teams to ensure timely replenishment

→ Track inwarding, stock transfers,



and inventory flow across locations

→ Identify delays or bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution

→ Ensure the right stock reaches the right warehouse at the right time

Stakeholder Management

→ Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external platform partners

→ Work with account managers, operations teams, supply chain partners, and finance teams on daily requirements

→ Follow up relentlessly to ensure actions are completed on time

→ Communicate clearly, professionally, and with urgency

What We’re Looking For

→ 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce / D2C company in an e-commerce or operations role

→ Strong communication skills — this role requires constant coordination across teams

→ High ownership mindset and ability to follow through until closure

→ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

→ Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment

→ Analytical mindset with comfort working on Excel

→ Understanding of inventory flow, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes is a strong plus

→ Experience in food / FMCG is preferred
