? We’re Hiring – E-commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing marketplace operations.

Key Resp onsibilities:• Order p rocessing and order fulfilment• Dispatc h management and coordination• Handlin g orders on Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify• Trackin g order status and ensuring timely fulfilment• Managin g customer/order-related escalations• Coordin ating with warehouse, logistics and internal teams• Monitor ing pending, cancelled, RTO and delayed orders• Ensurin g smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations

Requirem ents

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce experience

✅ Hands-on knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify

✅ Valuable understanding of order processing, fulfilment and dispatch

✅ Solid coordination and escalation-handling skills

✅ Good communication and problem-solving abilities
