Tritvam, a world class Subacute and Rehabilitation Facility, is looking for compassionate and clinically competent MBBS Doctor to provide medical care and ongoing monitoring for patients. The role involves managing post-acute and chronic medical conditions, coordinating with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, and ensuring protected and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and monitor patients receiving subacute and rehabilitative care.
- Manage acute, chronic, and post-operative medical conditions.
- Review medications, treatment plans, and patient progress.
- Identify and respond appropriately to changes in patients' clinical condition.
- Coordinate care with physiotherapists, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide medical guidance for rehabilitation and recovery plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment,



medication, and ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
- Arrange specialist consultations, investigations, or referrals when required.

Requirements:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration/license.
- Experience in rehabilitation, geriatrics, internal medicine, hospital, or subacute care is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach.
