Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch & Logistics Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate transportation, track shipments, maintain logistics documentation, and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with store, production, sales, transporters, and customers for smooth dispatch operations.

- Arrange vehicles and transportation according to shipment requirements.

- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, Insurance,delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.

- Ensure correct quantity, product, packaging, and documentation before dispatch.

- Track vehicles and shipments and provide timely delivery updates.

- Coordinate with transporters and drivers regarding pickup, delivery, routes, and delivery schedules.

- Follow up on pending, delayed, or failed deliveries and take corrective action.

- Maintain dispatch registers, shipment records, transporter details, and proof of delivery (POD).

- Collect and verify PODs and ensure timely submission of documents.

- Monitor transportation costs and support cost-effective logistics planning.

- Handle customer and internal queries related to dispatch and delivery status.





- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dispatch and logistics reports.

- Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.

- Maintain proper records and filing of all logistics and dispatch documents.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP/ or other logistics software is preferred.

- Ability to prepare and maintain logistics documentation.

- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple transporters and drivers.

- Robust attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field will be an advantage.

- On-time dispatch and delivery.

- Reduction in delivery delays and transportation issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
