Job Role: Digital Marketing Lead

Salary: : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in SEO, lead generation, and performance marketing. The candidate will drive digital growth, improve website performance, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute SEO & digital marketing strategies
- Manage SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
- Optimize website, landing pages & conversion funnels
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Improve search rankings and generate business leads
- Lead content & social media marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors




- Prepare performance reports and ROI analysis
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing / Business or related field
- 2 years experience in SEO & digital marketing
- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools & analytics
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms
- Good communication & leadership skills

Preferred:

- Certifications in Google Ads / SEO
- Experience in B2B marketing & AI tools
