Marvice Media has been building digital businesses since 2017. We work out of Bangalore, with offices in Chennai, Hyderabad and the UK.

We run three brands

- Onscreens — digital marketing, branding, web and app development
- Worxforu — custom software, automation, AI, SaaS and LMS builds
- Conxyou — PR, events, packaging, photography and corporate gifting

Our clients span architecture, manufacturing, fintech, F&B; and more. You'll touch several of them.

The Role

This is a real internship, not a coffee run. You'll work on live client accounts alongside our marketing team — writing, publishing, analysing and iterating.

You'll make mistakes on things that matter, with someone checking your work before it ships. That's the point.

What You'll Do

- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube for multiple client accounts
- Write captions, ad copy, email copy and short-form scripts
- Build and maintain content calendars
- Pull performance data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and platform insights, and turn it into simple weekly reports
- Assist with paid campaign setup — audiences, creative uploads, basic optimisation
- Do keyword research and on-page SEO work for client websites and blogs
- Research competitors and trends, and bring ideas to weekly planning




- Coordinate with our design team on creative briefs and revisions
- Handle community management — comments, DMs, basic engagement

What You Need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, or any discipline — we care more about output than subject
- Robust written English. You'll be writing every day.
- Active on social platforms and genuinely interested in why some content works and most doesn't
- Basic comfort with Canva, Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Able to commute to Koramangala and work on-site, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Available for a minimum 3-month commitment

Nice to Have
- Any hands-on experience — a personal page you grew, a college fest you promoted, a blog, freelance work, a friend's business you ran the Instagram for. Show us.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics or any SEO tool
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere) or design skills
- Hindi, Kannada or Tamil, for regional content work
