DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN — SwaasthAI

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Duration: 6 months

Timings: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM(2 menstrual leave for women & 1 mental leave for men)

Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000/month (upward revision from Month 4 based on performance)

Observation Period: First 14 Days (Unpaid)

ABOUT US

SwaasthAI is healthtech platform built for Odisha. We help patients find right doctor and hospital, check which government scheme coverage applies, and book consultation — through app, website, WhatsApp and call. We also run community blood donor network across state. Product is built and rolling out now.

ROLE

You will own day-to-day digital presence of brand. This is execution-heavy role — you post, you design, you write, you track. Direct reporting to Founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
- Create posts, reels and short-form video using Canva — design plus edit
- Write captions and copy in both Odia and English
- Manage SwaasthAI LinkedIn company page with separate voice from founder profile
- Run app download and waitlist campaigns; drive installs on Play Store
- Handle basic App Store Optimisation — keywords, screenshots, description
- Support brand ambassador and referral program: onboard, brief and track ambassadors
- Coordinate local influencer and campus outreach across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack
- Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, WhatsApp broadcast groups




- Run small-budget paid campaigns on Meta and Google, track spend against results
- Build weekly performance report — reach, engagement, installs, cost per install
- Maintain content calendar and keep posting cadence without reminders
- Support blood donation drives and offline camps with on-ground content capture

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Fluency in Odia and English — both mandatory, spoken and written
- Hands-on Canva skill; video editing on CapCut/InShot or similar
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms, not just posting
- Ability to write hooks that stop scroll
- Comfortable being on camera or shooting content when needed
- Self-starter who ships without daily supervision
- Own laptop and smartphone
- Students in final year or recent graduates welcome — degree matters less than portfolio

GOOD TO HAVE

- Existing personal content page with real audience
- Basic Meta Ads Manager experience
- Interest in healthcare or social impact
