About the RoleWe are looking for an analytical and creative Performance Marketing Trainee to join our on-site marketing team. This is a hands-on role designed for a candidate who is eager to transition from academic theory to real-world execution. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a primary focus on Meta Ads, Google PPC, and SEO.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about driving measurable growth through paid and organic channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Performance (Meta & Google)

- Assist in the creation, execution, and management of paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and assist in budget pacing.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad delivery.
- Support the execution of A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

SEO & Content Optimization
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy and improve organic search rankings.




- Assist in optimizing website content, meta tags, and internal linking structures.

Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to track traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign results and actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify recent opportunities.

Social Media & Communication
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging Social Media Marketing content that aligns with paid campaign objectives.
- Communicate campaign results and strategies clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications & SkillsEssential Requirements:

- Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing skills: Solid understanding of the digital landscape and social media platforms.
- Experience in Web Analytics: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar.
- Experience in Online Marketing: Knowledge of PPC, display advertising, and email marketing principles.
- Excellent Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Highly Desired (The "Plus" Factors):
- Proven experience in Meta Ad & Google PPC: Hands-on experience (internships, freelance, or personal projects) managing budgets and optimizing campaigns.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Technical Skills: Experience in HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and/or SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a major plus.
