We are looking for a creative, confident and digitally active Digital Marketing Executive & Video Presenter who can manage our digital marketing activities, represent our products and clients in videos, handle field-based video shoots and create professional Canva marketing materials.

The candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of the camera, travelling to client locations, independently shooting videos and managing digital content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Present HILO SOFTWARES products and services confidently through videos, Reels, product demonstrations and promotional content.
- Be comfortable speaking and presenting naturally in front of the camera.
- Provide Tamil and English voice-overs with clear pronunciation and engaging delivery.
- Coordinate with the Content Creator and Video Editor regarding concepts, scripts, shot lists and final video requirements.
- Contribute creative ideas for product promotions, client campaigns and social-media content.
- Stay updated with social-media trends, Reels, viral content formats and audience-engagement techniques.

Field Videography & Client-Site Responsibilities

- Travel to client offices, business locations, events, project sites and other assigned locations for video shoots.
- Visit real-estate properties, houses, rental properties and land sites to create promotional content.
- Present property and business information clearly through walkthrough and location-based videos.
- Independently shoot videos using a smartphone or camera, tripod, gimbal, lighting and wireless microphone.
- Capture presenter shots, property walkthroughs, client interactions, interviews and supporting B-roll footage.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio quality and overall presentation during every shoot.
- Collect accurate information from clients before recording or publishing content.
- Organise and transfer raw footage to the Content Creator and Video Editor for professional editing.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital marketing activities for HILO SOFTWARES products and client businesses.
- Manage content publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Publish and schedule social-media posts, Reels, Shorts,



stories and promotional videos.
- Have practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Understand how content can be used for both organic promotion and paid advertising campaigns.
- Prepare captions, headlines, hashtags and calls to action for marketing posts.
- Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, enquiries and leads.
- Prepare simple weekly and monthly digital-marketing performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on content engagement and campaign results.
- Research competitors, audience behaviour and new digital-marketing opportunities.
- Actively contribute new marketing and advertising ideas for HILO SOFTWARES and its clients.

Canva Design & Product Documentation Responsibilities

- Create professional designs and marketing materials using Canva.
- Design social-media posts, advertisements, promotional banners and campaign creatives.
- Create website banners, service images, feature images and other website visual assets.
- Prepare product brochures, product profiles, service catalogues and promotional documents.
- Create company profiles, sales presentations and product-presentation decks.
- Design product feature documents, comparison documents and promotional one-pagers.
- Create Reel covers, YouTube thumbnails and reusable social-media templates.
- Prepare marketing materials for HILO SOFTWARES products and client businesses.
- Follow approved brand colours, fonts, logos and design guidelines.
- Ensure that all product and client information is accurate before publishing.

Requirements

- Good Tamil communication and speaking skills.
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Confident, natural and professional on-camera presence.
- Good voice and voice-over delivery.
- Willingness to travel to client,



business and property locations.
- Basic hands-on experience with camera or smartphone video shooting.
- Understanding of framing, lighting, audio recording and B-roll capture.
- Good practical knowledge of Canva.
- Practical understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of campaign creation, ad posting and digital marketing.
- Ability to create captions and contribute marketing ideas independently.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-media trends.
- Robust communication, creativity, coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Anchoring, Video Presentation, Field Videography or Canva Designing will be an advantage.
- Experience presenting product, business or real-estate videos will be preferred.
- Experience creating Canva brochures, presentations, website images or product documents will be an advantage.
- Basic photo or video-editing knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, creativity and a suitable portfolio may also apply.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be someone who can represent the company confidently in front of the camera, travel to client locations, independently record videos, create professional Canva materials, manage social-media publishing and contribute to Meta digital-marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is creative, confident, camera-friendly, responsible and actively interested in video presentation, field content production and digital marketing.
