Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with top management to identify target audiences and create engaging content for various digital platforms. To be successful in this role, you should have a robust understanding of current digital marketing trends and techniques, as well as experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create buyer personas Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email, and website Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns, including paid advertising and email marketing Monitor and analyze campaign performance,



making data-driven decisions to optimize results

Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers to build brand loyalty Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, and make recommendations for improvement Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of digital marketing initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience across all digital channels

Generate reports on digital marketing efforts and present findings to management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing,

Communications, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques,

including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

Experience with marketing automation software is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Immediate availability to join the company.
