About the Role

Pixlsixteen is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising and wants to grow with a young, ambitious team.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads who can manage campaigns, monitor performance and contribute to generating quality leads for our clients.

? Key Responsibilities

Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns

Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram

Monitor campaign performance and make regular optimizations

Manage budgets, bids, keywords, audiences and ad placements

Work on lead generation and conversion campaigns

Conduct basic keyword, audience and competitor research

Track important metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions and ROAS

Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and copies

Assist with A/B testing of campaigns and creatives

Prepare campaign performance reports

Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and lead quality





Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform changes

? What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

Hands-on experience with Google Ads

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

Basic understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns

Positive understanding of digital marketing fundamentals

Analytical mindset with an interest in numbers and campaign performance

Good communication and reporting skills

Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned campaigns

Google Ads / Meta certifications will be an added advantage
