Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen client brands and support business objectives. This full-time, in office role based in Kollam involves planning and implementing social media strategies, creating and optimizing digital content, and monitoring performance across various channels. The role includes conducting market and audience research, coordinating with design and development teams,



and using analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will also support search engine marketing efforts, maintain consistent brand messaging, and prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong Communication and Web Content Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned digital content.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics and related tools to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices, social media platforms, and basic design principles for digital marketing assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Kollam, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
