Role Description The Digital Ad Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing digital advertising opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintaining robust relationships with advertisers and agencies. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client objectives, proposing tailored digital media solutions, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating terms to meet revenue targets.

The individual will work closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, executed, and optimized. Regular reporting, pipeline management,



and market analysis are also key components of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and client-facing interaction abilities.
- Proven Sales experience in digital media or advertising, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Account Management capabilities to maintain long-term client relationships and oversee campaign performance.
- Marketing and Business Development skills to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and support go-to-market strategies.
- Familiarity with digital advertising products (e.g., display, video, social, programmatic) and basic analytics or reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving client and market needs.
