Experience Required: 2 - 6 years

/ Responsibilities

- Set up and operate dialysis machines for hemodialysis treatments.

- Prepare patients for dialysis procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.

- Monitor patients throughout dialysis sessions, observing vital signs and responding to any complications.

- Manage vascular access sites, performing cannulation and ensuring proper care.

- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, aftercare, and lifestyle adjustments.

- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records of each dialysis session.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care plans.

- Provide emergency support during dialysis sessions as needed.

- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of dialysis equipment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
