Role & responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all bottling functions including Production, QA, Engineering, Supply Chain, Stores, and Dispatch teams
- Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets
- Drive productivity, line efficiency, and capacity utilization across bottling operations
- Ensure product quality, packaging standards, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee preventive maintenance and minimize machine downtime
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
- Monitor wastage, breakage, losses, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and excise compliance
- Lead manpower planning, team performance, and capability development
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:





- 15-20 years of experience in Liquor / IMFL / Beverage / FMCG manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years in heading bottling operations
- Robust exposure to Production, QA, Engineering/Maintenance, and Supply Chain
- Strong knowledge of automated bottling lines and plant operations
- Proven leadership in handling large cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of quality systems, excise, and statutory compliance

Preferred Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Chemical Engineering
