Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to support and enhance enterprise applications within a banking workplace. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, monitoring solutions, and deployment processes while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and release management.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Manage and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ensure application availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, security controls, and compliance requirements aligned with banking standards.
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
- Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity initiatives.
- Support application deployments across Development, UAT, Pre-Production,



and Production environments.

Banking Domain Requirements

- Experience supporting critical banking or financial applications.
- Understanding of banking security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Knowledge of high-availability architectures and disaster recovery frameworks.
- Experience in handling production environments with strict SLA adherence.
- Exposure to Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, or Middleware platforms will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), Terraform, or DevOps certifications are preferred.
