JOB LOCATION: Chennai (Automotive Customer)

Responsibilities

- Provide 24×7 IT support and handle service requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and authorized applications
- Resolve desktop, software, email, and basic network issues; escalate when required
- Manage Active Directory users, email configuration, and end-user access
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, and CCTV connectivity
- Perform basic switch, VLAN, IP, DNS, and DHCP configuration
- Monitor network traffic, switch ports, and prepare periodic reports




- Assist in Windows Server, antivirus, backup, and storage (RAID) management
- Maintain documentation and follow IT policies and compliance standards

Required Skills

- Strong troubleshooting skills for end-user devices
- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic desktop applications
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, email, and networking (LAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Familiarity with antivirus, backup, and basic server/switch concepts
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi) with strong customer focus
- Ability to work independently, in a team, and in a 24×7 shift environment

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Diploma / BSc – IT / MSc – IT
- Global certification will be an added advantage

Experience 1-3 years of experience
