Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role based in Mumbai.

The Design

Engineer will contribute to the planning and development of engineering designs, preparing detailed drawings and specifications in alignment with project requirements and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing design calculations, reviewing technical documents, and ensuring designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory criteria. The role involves coordinating with project managers and architects, supporting design reviews,



and providing technical input during execution and troubleshooting phases.

The Design

Engineer will also assist in continuous improvement of design processes, documentation practices, and the integration of relevant design tools and technologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Design Engineering skills, including design analysis, interpretation of technical drawings, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, modifying, and reviewing detailed engineering drawings and 3D models using Etabs, Staad Pro, Safe, SAP, etc.
- Candidates should possess Civil-Structural Engineering knowledge applicable to building structures, infrastructure projects, and coordination with allied disciplines.
- Candidates should possess Structural Design capabilities, including concept development, functional design, and optimization for performance and reliability.
- Relevant skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Civil or Structural) from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, project documentation, and basic project management principles.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present design concepts and technical findings clearly.
