Are you experienced in Operations, Manufacturing, Production, or Process Improvement and interested in consulting?

We’re looking for a Deputy Operations Consultant to support operational transformation and process improvement projects across manufacturing and service organizations.

? Key Responsibilities• Analyze operational & production process gaps

- Support Lean, 5S, Six Sigma & Kaizen implementation
- Develop SOPs, process flows, process maps & skills matrices
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports/dashboards
- Support audits, reviews and performance improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with client management and shop-floor teams
- Guide junior team members and support project execution




- Travel to client locations as required

? Requirements✅ 4–6 years of experience in Operations / Manufacturing / Production / Process Improvement / Consulting

✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

✅ Good understanding of operational processes

✅ Strong communication & stakeholder coordination skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word

✅ Willingness to travel
