About the Role

Rose Multi Speciality Clinic, Pirpainti, Bihar, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge and an interest or experience in Root Canal Treatment (RCT), dental diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and general dental procedures.

We also welcome fresh BDS graduates who are looking to gain practical clinical experience through a paid internship in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and accurate diagnosis.
- Perform and assist with Root Canal Treatment (RCT) and other endodontic procedures.
- Carry out routine restorative and preventive dental procedures.
- Prepare appropriate treatment plans according to patient needs.
- Manage routine dental cases and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Explain treatment procedures and oral-health instructions to patients.
- Follow proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients.

Qualifications & Skills
- BDS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration as applicable.




- Good knowledge of dental diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in RCT and general dental procedures.
- Good communication and patient-management skills.
- Professional, ethical, and responsible attitude.

Experienced Dentists Dentists with hands-on experience in RCT, endodontics, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and general dental procedures will be preferred.

BDS graduates who want to develop their clinical skills can join us for a paid internship. Interns will get valuable exposure to various dental procedures, including diagnosis, RCT assistance, restorative procedures, patient management, and general dental care, under professional guidance.
