This opportunity is ideal for a private equity / real estate / private credit operations / consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private fund asset managers.

Purpose of the role

Acuity Knowledge Partners is currently looking for an individual to play a key role in supporting its Private Equity fund client in Saudi Arabia - Riyadh. The professional will be closely working as an extended team member for the client, will sit at client location and will assist them in Middle / Back office functions including fund accounting, operations, reporting, investment due diligence, portfolio monitoring and other services.

Responsibilities

Review of NAV and Financials of the PE/RE/PC and Hybrid Funds that include, preparing monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices and various client reporting.

Review of Subscription/Redemption - Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors. Handling wire payments and reconciliation

Invoice processing and liaising with various internal & external stakeholders.

Develop various KPIs to be followed and ensure all necessary controls are put in place in the process.

Creating / updating fund track record and reconciling the data using cash flow notices





Managing the client relationships for the Funds and individually handle the deliverable requirements on daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly basis.

Preparation of Factsheets for all funds.

Preparation of quarterly reports to investors on the funds’ and portfolio companies’ performance (comprising NAV, DVPI, TVPI, IRRs, costs and investors’ capital accounts)

Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve the process efficiency and team productivity.

Prepare dashboards, internal & compliance reporting.

Specific Skill Set Requirements

MBA or other Post-Graduate or Professional Degree from a reputed Institute

Basic knowledge and understanding of Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit, Co-investment structures.

Should have prior experienceknowledge of PE/RE/PC Fund Accounting.

Knowledge of MS Office with solid skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Knowledge of databases including Investran, Ilevel, Efront, other accounting softwares is an added advantage

Ability to take complete ownership and deliver the projects as per client requirements and timeline

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

Ability to conduct high-quality project-level conversations with clients
