Position: Delivery Associate Department: Last-Mile Delivery / Operations Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Rotational / As per business requirements Reporting To: Delivery Station Supervisor / Operations Manager Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Delivery Associates to join our Amazon Delivery Station operations.

The Delivery

Associate will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering customer orders within the assigned area while maintaining high standards of customer service, delivery accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities: Pick up and scan assigned customer shipments from the delivery station. Load and organize packages systematically in the delivery vehicle. Follow the assigned delivery route and complete deliveries within the scheduled time.

Ensure packages are delivered accurately to the correct customers and locations. Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss. Collect and update delivery information using a smartphone or delivery application.

Obtain required delivery confirmation, OTP, signature, or other proof of delivery. Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries.



Follow all Amazon delivery, safety, security, and operational procedures.

Report delivery issues, damaged packages, incorrect addresses, or customer concerns to the supervisor. Maintain proper documentation and records related to deliveries. Ensure the delivery vehicle and equipment are kept clean and in good condition.

Complete assigned deliveries and return undelivered packages to the station as per process. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct throughout the shift. Eligibility &

Qualifications: Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred. Valid two-wheeler driving licence . Own two-wheeler preferred/required, depending on the delivery model. Smartphone with basic knowledge of mobile applications.

Positive knowledge of the local area and roads. Ability to read and understand basic English/Hindi/local language. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and travelling for extended periods.

Previous delivery, logistics, courier, e-commerce, or field-service experience is an advantage.
