Role Description The Data Sourcing and Lead Management Specialist is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying, sourcing, and organizing potential client data from various online and offline channels, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

The specialist will manage lead databases, segment leads based on defined criteria, and track lead status through the sales and consulting lifecycle. Daily activities include validating data, creating reports and dashboards to provide insights into lead quality and conversion, and collaborating with consulting and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.



The role also requires maintaining data compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, and continuously refining processes for efficient data and lead management.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in data-focused skills, including Data Analytics and Data Analysis.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting trends and making data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in Data Management, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining large datasets.
- Experience with Data Modeling to structure and optimize lead and client information.
- Comfort with spreadsheet tools and CRM or lead management systems.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in handling numeric and client information, and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in financial services, consulting, or a related industry is an advantage.
