About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at UST. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing advanced analytical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Qualifications The candidate should have a proven track record in data science and machine learning, with a solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,



Statistics, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with Python or R, along with familiarity with key libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, and TensorFlow.

Strong programming skills, experience working with SQL databases, and expertise in data preprocessing and feature engineering are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required. Prior experience in deploying predictive models and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
- Perform data analysis, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for modeling.
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
