Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Architect with a strong foundation in data architecture principles to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data storage solutions, developing archival strategies, and ensuring effective backup and disaster recovery processes. The role requires a deep understanding of security controls, access governance, cyber resilience, compliance, and scalability roadmaps to support our data management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data storage architecture that meets organizational needs and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain archival strategies to ensure data retention and compliance.
- Establish and oversee backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data integrity.
- Implement security controls and access governance measures to protect sensitive data.
- Ensure cyber resilience by identifying potential threats and developing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Create and maintain a scalability roadmap to accommodate future data growth and technology advancements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in data architecture or a related role.
