About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist - Python to join our client's agile team. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balanced work environment. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing AI models through high-quality Python coding.

The successful candidate will work closely with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback, refine reward models, and evaluate AI responses across diverse domains. Qualifications

- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and model development.
- Experience with data science techniques, including statistical analysis, data preprocessing, and visualization.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.




- Ability to extract insights from public databases using analytical skills and business acumen.
- Experience in bug fixing, troubleshooting, and creating comprehensive technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate reasoning and technical concepts in Jupyter notebooks or similar formats.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in AI model evaluation, reinforcement learning, or related areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and high-quality Python code to train and optimize artificial intelligence models.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to benchmark model performance, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across multiple domains, ensuring responses meet predefined quality and relevance criteria.
- Develop detailed explanations and rationales for evaluation outcomes, demonstrating strong reasoning and technical expertise.
- Lead efforts in supervised fine-tuning by creating and maintaining high-quality,



task-specific datasets to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, annotators, and product managers to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain thorough technical documentation and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and bug fixing.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating new techniques into ongoing projects.
