- Accurately input and update production records, raw material inventory, and dispatch logs into our internal systems.

- Maintain clean, organized digital records across different operational departments.

- Cross-check physical documentation with system entries to catch and resolve discrepancies quickly.

- Coordinate with production and inventory supervisors to track day-to-day workflow updates.

- Support administrative and reporting tasks as operational needs evolve.

- Education: Any graduate degree (Bachelor's in any discipline).

- Communication: Strong, fluent written and spoken English.

- Technical Skills: Fast,



accurate typing speed and solid working knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Excel / Google Sheets).

- Mindset: Proactive, curious, and excited to take ownership of tasks rather than just following a checklist.
