Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, interpret, and present business data to support informed decision-making. The candidate will work closely with various departments to generate meaningful insights, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and improve business performance through data-driven recommendations.

Experience in the Healthcare / Diagnostics industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- Analyze business, operational, sales, revenue, productivity, and performance data.
- Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and anomalies in datasets.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical reports.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.




- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Support forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis.
- Prepare management presentations and data summaries.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of business and employee data.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI – dashboard development, data visualization, Power Query, and basic DAX.
- SQL – writing queries, joins, filtering, aggregation, and data extraction.
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
- Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis will be an advantage.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Business Analytics or related specialization is an advantage

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related role.
- Experience handling in Healthcare, diagnostics, hospital, pharmaceutical, or other service-sector experience will be preferred.
