About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent comprehension skills in both English and Russian, and a passion for leveraging data to improve AI performance.

As a remote Data Analyst, you will be responsible for reading, summarizing, and categorizing extensive Russian-language documents, conducting independent online research, and collaborating with AI engineers to refine model outputs.

Qualifications The successful candidate should demonstrate proficiency in both English and Russian, with exceptional reading and writing skills. A strong background in data analysis, research, and problem-solving is essential. Candidates must have experience in breaking down complex information into logical segments and providing actionable insights.

Familiarity with online research methodologies and validation techniques is required. Additionally, creative thinking and the ability to develop scenario-based puzzles that challenge AI models are highly valued. A degree in Data Science, Linguistics, Computer Science,



or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience working with AI or language models.

Responsibilities

- Read and summarize extensive Russian-language documents, organizing content into logical sections suitable for model training.
- Conduct independent online research to verify factual claims and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback to improve the performance of large language models.
- Design scenario-based puzzles to test model reasoning capabilities and generate corrective explanations.
- Analyze quantitative data such as sales distributions to identify growth patterns and communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers and developers to incorporate analytical insights into model fine-tuning processes.
- Assist in developing training materials and documentation to support ongoing model improvement efforts.
