Cognizant – CWR / EPS / EBS OTL Functional Consultant Experience: 10–15 Years Location: Across CTS India Client: Cognizant (CTS) Role Type: Oracle EBS Functional Job Summary: Looking for a senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) OTL Functional Consultant with 10–15 years of experience in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), preferably with solid experience in CWR (Contingent Worker/Workforce) and EPS processes. The consultant will be responsible for functional analysis, configuration, implementation/support, integrations, testing, and business process improvements.

Configure and support Oracle OTL functionality. Work on timecard creation, submission, approval, validation, and processing.

Support CWR/EPS-related workforce processes and integrations. Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations. Perform functional testing, SIT/UAT and defect resolution.

Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis. Work closely with HR, Payroll, business users, and technical teams. Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support activities.

Ideal

Candidate 10–15 years of Oracle EBS experience with strong hands-on OTL Functional experience . Candidates should have solid Oracle HRMS/OTL knowledge and experience working on enterprise-scale implementations or production support.
