We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Lead Analyst with robust hands-on expertise in security tool implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring and day-to-day management.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing enterprise security tools and handling implementation and technical troubleshooting across Microsoft security platforms and endpoint security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure and manage enterprise cybersecurity tools and platforms.
- Independently troubleshoot security tool and platform issues.
- Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring and management of security solutions.
- Manage security tools across implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and operational support.
- Monitor security platforms and investigate technical/security issues.
- Work with security and IT teams to resolve complex tool-related incidents.
- Support security-tool enhancements, configuration changes and operational improvements.
- Maintain appropriate technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Ensure security tools remain operational, effective and aligned with business requirements.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Defender
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Sentinel
- CrowdStrike / Cybereason or similar endpoint security platforms
- Other relevant Microsoft security and cybersecurity tools
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong independent ownership of security tools.

Important: Strong hands-on experience independently implementing, configuring, troubleshooting and managing security tools is essential. Candidates with only monitoring or SOC-alert-handling experience should not be prioritized.
